Thank you for your interest in supporting WordSpring! Community donations are an integral part of our ability to bring WordSpring to Butte County year after year. We have a variety of sponsorship options available, ranging from donating student fee waivers for conference attendance to sponsorship packages advertising your business on the website and at the venue.

Please contact us at wordspring@butte.edu for more information on how you can help make WordSpring 2020 a success.

This year, WordSpring is especially proud to have received a prestigious Humanities For All Quick Grant award from California Humanities, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). Humanities For All is a new grant program that supports locally-initiated public humanities projects that respond to the needs and interests of Californians, encourage greater public participation in humanities programming, particularly by new and/or underserved audiences, and promotes understanding and empathy among all our state’s peoples in order to cultivate a thriving democracy. WordSpring 2020 would not be possible without the help of California Humanities.

Thank you to our 2019 sponsors: Chico News & Review, Jen White, Dr. Carol Barr, Richard and Felicia Uhden, Gillian Emmons and Eric Cohen, Gretchen Emmons, the Butte College English Department.
